Remittance should be free of any bank charges to the organizers.
Once bank transfer will be completed, the Organizing Committee will send you an email for final confirmation.
The payment receipt, together with the attendance certificate, will be released during the meeting.

CANCELLATION

Please notify the Congress Secretariat for cancellations of registrations. Written notifications received before July 9, 2019 will have an 80% refund. No refund is foreseen for cancellations received after July 9, 2019. If you cannot take part in the Conference, you may transfer your registration fees to a colleague at any time (please contact the Secretariat).
