should submit their abstract before
June 30, 2019 and complete their
registration before July 10, 2019.
More information on Abstract Submission Abstracts of scientific communications will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Authors will receive notification of Abstract acceptance within July 5, 2019. After acceptation, the registration and payment of fees should be completed before July 10, 2019. must be provided together with the Registration
Form.
The registration fee for PARTICIPANTS, STUDENTS and POSTDOCS includes: welcome cocktail, admission to the scientific sessions, conference kit (final program, abstract book in pdf, etc), coffee breaks, lunches, and social events. Social dinner is included. The registration fee for the DAILY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS includes: admission to the scientific sessions, conference kit (final program, abstract book in pdf, etc.), coffee breaks, and lunch. Social dinner (50 Euro) is not included. The registration fee for ACCOMPANYING PERSON includes: welcome cocktail, social dinner, lunches, and social events.
